how many callories do i have to eat per day?

I cannot answer this question because the amount of calories needed to maintain a constant weight varies for different people. An average range will be from 1500-2500 calories. A thin person may need less while an athletic one will need more.
In order to "keep"" the same weight, a person needs to take the same amount of calories that the body uses. If more food "calories" are taken in, there will be an increase in weight and if the ingested calories are lower ,the body will lose weight.
The amount of calories burned per day will be depends on multiple factors such as metabolism , activity, age and body size. The major things we can do to control our weight is by increasing our activity (exercise,sports,walking,) and watching our food intake. If you want to calculate your calories intake

First off it all depends on ur weight they say the avarage person is 1500 but more active kids and young adults need more calories and things in the food.. so go by how much u weigh and how active u are .. a body builder male 220pounds needs 3500 calories ... a woman 280 and not so active needs 1200 calories so hope u get the jiff of it god luck
