WHT DO THEY SAY THEY IS 365 DAYS IN A YEAR,52 WEEKS IN A YEAR WHEN THEY IS 7 DAYS IN WEEK WHEN 7X52=364?

Because 1 year is actually 52.177457 weeks long. And 1 year is really 365.242199 to be exact.

So 52.177457 X 7 = 365.242199

That extra 0.242199 of a day every year is the reason why we have leap years every 4 years.
