If u have a womb problem but u want a baby how do u do it

Your best bet is probably IVF, although this can work out quite expensive as you may need several courses befor you get any positive outcome and even then there is no gaurantee that you will concieve. You really should talk to your doctor first because there may be a course of treament that they can recommend. Of course it all depends on the nature of the problem.
