Remove any open or leftover food from around the house. youll need:peacock feathers
Take note of where in the house you have seen the lizard: which rooms, which corners, under what furniture.
Place peacock feathers in those lizard hideouts.
Expose the hideouts by opening up crowded furnitures, turning objects over, and making it difficult for the lizard to camouflage itself.
Leave openings to the outdoors so the lizard can leave. tips: Lizards are attracted to food sources and warmth in your house.
Lizards are more active at night and make a squeaking noise.
Approach lizards cautiously. If you alarm them they will go into hiding.
Lizards sleep in the morning; this is a good time to locate their hideouts.
If all else fails, call in a pest exterminator. warnings:If you catch a lizard by the tail, the tail may simply come off.
When a lizard sheds or loses its tail, it is painful and takes a long time to regrow.
