i washed the my 1994 bmw 325i one day and it would not start for three or four days afterwards.. then a few weeks later i washed it again and 2 weeks came by and still no spark.. i did not wash the engine.. im really in a tight situation and cant afford to take it to the dealer... so please let me kno if youve had this problem before... thank you all so much

I am not sure how your engine is set up. If you have a distributer, take the cap off and dry it off. If you have wires, auto parts stores have a special spray to dry them. If the wires are more than 5 years old, you may need to replace them. If you don't have a distributer or wires, perhaps cleaning some of the connectors including the main one on the fire wall will help.
