Does a russian (with indefinate British visa) need to aplly for a german visa when their flight uses germany for flight connection

I don't believe so. As long as you stay within the terminal in Germany and you don't walk outside of the airport through immigration, you shouldn't need a German Visa. Double check with your airlines though.
