is it possible to put 360 v8 in 94 v6 dakota 2wd?

i have a 1994 dodge dakota 2wd with mpfi(multi-point fuel injected) 3.9l v6 and 3-spd auto trans with overdrive.is it possible to take a mpfi 5.9l v8,auto trans,and computer/harness from a 2wd ram and put it in this truck?if so,what will i need to change as far as engine and trans mounts,frame/crossbraces,suspension(because of added weight and power),rear axle,dash gauges,and anything else?
