is my daughters incidental bump ER situation

My 2 year old was running around the house and fell into the fridge. She now has a lump on the side of her head should I take her to the ER even though she is acting normal how she always acts?

Are her eyes dialated? If you shine a light in her eyes do they react? If not she probably has a concussion, otherwise you are probably ok. But if you are worried it might be worth the state of mind just to take her in for a check up. I would if it were my daughter.
