Goto www.canlii.com  or just google the words case law johny howard vs. ilwu/pma. Or legislation, or court rulings / judgement, appeals, you will find three main sites that list cases canli is one and I can't think of the other two right now, lexum or something like that, shoot, I'm sorry, just google "caselaw" you'll get where you need to be. I must warn you, its not an easy find, you need the citation numbers and so on, you really gotta know what ur doing. Best bet, your local university libray website or call, they have caselaw and can help u get to it fast. University or Toronto law clinic, this is a student run organisation overlooked by the UofT faculty of Law. Very helpful bunch. Again just google UofT.com in full of corse. Goodluck.
