my son is quadraplegic, heading to college, we were advised to use a external catheter. Should this be worn 24/7, can it be changed in the morning or should he not wear it to bed?

Normally, it should be changed each morning after 24hrs.There are several kinds and they each come with instructions . It should stay in at night unless you are sure that it is not needed or his physician advises otherwise. More info.: http://www.rocm.com/02x01x05.html
