lg vx550v02 is having problems with graphics

i have an lg vx550v02 and it displays a moving graphic in my pictures but when i set them on main wallpaper they wont move ...it worked perfectly untill a couple of days ago

That's a cell phone right? Try restarting it by removing the batteries.

go nonto internet and type in software update for your fome then bluetooth the update.
fixed mine that way.might work for yours too.
