cigerette lighter keeps blowing fuses, as soon as i put the fuse in it blowes

It must have an electrical short somewhere. You need to get a new one.

You may have a live (power) wire shorting out on a metal surface. Check that all wiring is insulated and check that your connections are to the appropriate terminals. If there is still a problem, then yes perhaps consider a new lighter assembly.
