sounds like you are lonely and are doing it for comfort.stop for a while get some stimulating input and change how when and how often.wont do you any harm to leave your todger alone for a bit then he may appreciate the attention.after all if you ate your favorite meal 3 times a day for a while you would not enjoy it and wouldnt look forwarg to it..give it a go it wont drop off.
