motor runs good till i turn the blades on then it cuts out untill i turn thenoff

i have a huskee riding mower with a briggs and straton motor it starts and runs great untill i cut the blades on then the motor cuts out and spits and sputters untill i cut the blades off then motor runs great again what could be causing this i bypassed the saftey switces on the seat and the one that is on the blade control itself thinking it could be someting like that still no change

i figured out what was going on the govner in the carb was sticking swaped carbs with another mower she runs like a champ

sounds like the bledes and pulleys are stalling the engine turn off ell elctric and see how easy it will turn.needs some oil i think

if it hasnt been uesed for a bit this will happen kill engine so it WILL NOT GO and check all pulleys and belts the belts can stick to the pulleys and pulleys can get stiff.secrec s to give ot a damn good clean and a healthy oiling before you put it away for the winter.good luck and be careful doing this watch you hands and pinkies there are sharp bit in there
