What are the pennalties for drinking while operating a motor vehicle in virginia?

depends on which offense it is, 1st, 2nd, 3d offense, usually first offense is loss of liscence for min 6 months, with probation for maybe a year or two, but the higher number the offense the higher chance of prison time and loss of licsence for ever.
