When my cats have bowel issues, I give them Non Dairy Acidophilus. I put a capsule in their food once a day for 3 days, then a capsule every other day for a week, then once a week. The food I use is for sensitive stomachs. Your dogs digestive system may be irritated from all the meds. If you are using Rx food, he must have been tested for worms and other parasites. If not, get him checked! As a rule dogs do best fed wet food once a day along with some dry and only dry in the evening. Be sure to have plenty of water for him to drink.

I would hope the vet has done a fecal check before prescribing the other stuff.

My dog had runny stools and turned out he had distemper.
You should go to the vet and bring a sample of the latest stool. It only works if it has been an hour. This may not be serious but you never know. Go to the vet.
Good luck to you and your dog
