yes the U.S. medics, would treat any one, no matter of their nationality and or income, if a person came into our emergency room, would never send anyone out of our emergency rooms just becouse they were born in a different country, wether they have insurance or not!!!! might not get the best care, but U.S.A. would not just tell them to go elsewhere, if it was life or death!!!!

if they have insurance, yes they charge, and of course they will send them a bill, {as anywhere nothing is free} eventially if they do not pay the bill, they will try to sue them for the services rendered, but it will end up being paid for by the taxpayers, what i am saying is that an emergency room can not by law turn anyone away, yes it causes hardship, and that is why everything costs so damn much over here, becouse the taxpayers eventially pay fro it, and alot of people take advantage of this law, like instead of going to a doctor for a headache, they will go to the emergency room for service, becouse the law states that no one can be turned away, but they will do everything they can to sue the person, but usually it is paid by the honest taxpayers!!!
