"Natural cures" sound like the perfect magical answer; however it is not so simple.
For a person with a deficit in a particular compound, the solution will be to supply "some product" that can restore the missing ingredient. For a person with no deficiency, it will not help or sometimes it may produce an excess in this natural compound which can be a burden on the body to store or eliminate. Those "cures" had not be tested and not approved by the FDA which is not a big deal because many of the approved drugs are still very questionable and some are dangerous. Any cure or drug may "work" sometimes on some people but not all the time on all the people.
Kevin Troudeau wrote several books on natural cures and you can find a listing of natural cures according to each disease. There is a charge to get access to the site after the 30 day trial period.

Remember that all what is "natural" is not always harmless ( opium, marijuana , and poison mushrooms are also natural ), so that some herbs may contain potent ingredients that may have positive or negative effects. Also watch out for any side effects from anything you take. I still believe that some of those cures are worth trying. Good luck.
