oil and antifreze

i have a 2002 grand am and it uses oil like badly but it does not burn the oil and there is no leaks however it does blow wight smoke and the head gasket is still good and if any one can help plez do thanks

Don't have a complete answer here, but if you continually putting oil in the engine, it must be coming out somewhere!! if its not burning the oil (bluish colored smoke) then its leaking. Perhaps not on the ground, but maybe back onto the transmission or other lower engine part where it goops everything up. If you mean white smoke, that would indicate water in the combustion chamber. If you know your head gasket is good, then you have a cracked head or cracked block which is allowing water into the cylinder. Hopefully its really the head gasket. It's cheaper to replace!!!
