over heating

I have a heating problem with a 1979 460ci Ford eng I hava new radiator a new electric fan made for this radiator. I have put a new water pump on it I have also down size the pulleys I but a new termostato in it. The eng. is a 475hp.514ci. it has a770cfm holley 4 barrel carb on it.The motor run at 200 too210 runing down the road.Stop at a stopligth it gose up 220 too 230 or more need help!!!!!! Tommie

you need a larger radiator or put a small auxillery rad in.either that or check your timing i assumed it is ok if so pit small rad inline and she run a lot cooler.
