I have a sister who looks like she is 9 months pregnant and Drs say its stress have had ultra sounds and x rays nothing can be seen can anyone shed light to this sympton

phantom pregnancy i think,water retention could be anything.stress dont make you fat EATING does.sort her life out kick her in the bum tell her to get a grip and go forward wiv a bloody gur smile on yr face.cos stressin dont elp nuffin sort itself out.

Yes stress can cause many health and mental issues.Get a massage go dancing ride a bike set in a hot tub.Most of all find someone you can just vent to who won't try to fix it but just listen. We are like pressure cookers and need to let off stem. And a good diet does help.
