Can I get pregnant while I'm on my period? Or the two days after my period has ended?

yes.. there is a chance of getting pregnancy if you participate in sex immediately after your period. If you are saying that you are in your period during pregnancy the answer is .. there is a chance of leaking blood even though you are pregnanct because of some stress and other health conditions.

No, you can't get pregnant while you are in your period. You can only get pregnant during the time you are ovulating. To determine when you are ovulating figure out when your next period is due. From this date, count back 12 to 16 days. This will give you a range of days when you will probably be ovulating. In normal case, for women with a 28-day cycle, the 14th day is often the best day to get pregnant. To use this method, you must know how long your cycle usually lasts and have relatively regular cycles.

There is a possibility to get pregnant during vaginal bleeding .The bleeding of the sheating the uterus( the period)is related to the ovulation which occurs in the ovary. The connection between the two is by hormonal regulation.During hormonal imbalance ,ovulation may occur at the non-predicted time.
Also some ligth bleeding may be seen sometimes during ovulation which may be confused with a period.The cycle may not be 28 days but varies up to 23-35 days in different women. The shorter the cycle and the longest the bleeding (6 days or more) and taking into calculation that the sperm can live in the human body 48 hrs or more ,make it possible to get pregnant during periods. Periods may not be on time in teens and and the female body is more vulnerable to infections during periods.
If getting pregnant is not an option , I suggest to not trust this method alone.

u will never get pregnant while periods or aftr the periods end
bcoz periods means what egg u hav inside the vagina it goes out from ur body during periods. and for pregnancy the condition is that egg from ur body and sperm from male body getting met. and after the periods there would no egg present in ur body, it take 4-6 days to reform an egg by ur body. be relax and enjoy everything

i hate to disagree with you people, i got pregnant WHILE on my period all three times... it IS rare, but yes, it CAN happen... NEVER have sex without protection...
