preschool show and tell that starts with the letter F

My three year old has show and tell every week and this week she has to bring something that starts with the letter F and I have no clue what to do. I have thought of getting a pet fish or frog for the class or makinf shapes of the letter F out of fudge or cookies or something. Can anyone help ?
