pressurized resevoir

Question by Bob Reward: 25 Pond Points + 10 Knowledge Tokens Status: Pending a resolution
Hi,
My power steering fluid resevoir seems to be pressurized. When I remove the cap, I liken it to opening a can of soda or beer. I also have a leak in the system. I know where it is, just not sure what it is called. Is a pressurized resevoir normal?

Should not normally be pressurized. The pressure is most likely caused by the leak. When the fluid leaks, there is no air replacing it, thus the vacuum pressure.
