problem regarding missed period

Hi, Iam 27years old. Till now I have regular periods. Unfortunately this month I didn't get my period. Is there any chance to miss the period? Iam suffering with sudden abdominal pain. I want to concieve this month... can you help me please?

if you are in pain, See a Doctor Immediately...you could be pregnant if you've missed a period...

the pain could be A LOT OF THINGS.if it hurts it aint right.dont consider pregnancy till you have sorted out your plunbing.if you missed yr monthly not nesesary pregnant.probs with womens plumbing would cause loss of mensturation.

you may get an upset stomach if you are pregnant, but the pain concerns me please see a Dr.

Depending where in ur abdomn ur pains are can determine if it is reLated to ur menstral cycle but change in exercise doet or even addition of vitamins can change ur cycle as well as change in whom u spemd ur time with ... Other females can cause a centrifical change to ur cycle
