can a cherry eye in a cane corso 3 month old puppy get better without surgery

i would say maybe it just happens to be the puppy or the age but if you really love this dog well then i would pay for it and then i would make sure that it would not come back. but if you are still not sure you should fo to a vet and ask or go on a vet site
