reboots after I maxamize my screen.

my browser comes up small and when I go to maxamize the screen it shuts off and reboots. every window I open it does this.

It could be an issue with your RAM, video card, or video card drivers (among a few other things). If you are able to, try diagnosing in that order by running a RAM checking utility, then reinstalling your video card drivers, then trying a different video card if neither of those fixes your problem.
