dog has a red rash,blistering at bottom of her belly and by back legs

go onto websites, google or call a vet for sure this is pretty serious

It's most likely hot spots or an allergic rection to fleas. Both cause those symptoms. Especially if your dog has sensitive skin. Do not use flea shampoo until rash has been treated and is 95% gone, it could make it much worse. Definately see a vet if possible. PetSmart has really good over the counter medications but they take longer to work than what a vet could prescribe. Get a dog shampoo for sensitive skin, and if you mix Avon's Skin So Soft bath oil and water in a spritzer bottle; at a 1 oz. Skin So Soft/ 3 oz. water ratio; shake well and spritz your dog before going in grassy areas it drastically cuts down if not eliminates fleas.

the dog might be out in the sun to long and the fleas might be bitint the dog you might want to take ot to the vet i am only 10 so that is what i am guessing
