restore down

Question by sam Reward: 25 Pond Points + 10 Knowledge Tokens Status: Pending a resolution
Iam running Win XP Home.After accessing the Internet,the full page appears,but when I go onto another site the page comes up in the "maximize" position.
Is it possable to always have the pages open in the "restore down" setting?
