I have a girl livening in a home i am renting. she agreed to a 10 month lease and is now leaving after two months. she has paid a deposit and two months rent to the landlord. she has only given me ten days notice. she signed a lease and now it is "missing" before i had a chance to give it to the land lord. by here paying 1/3 of the rent for two months and giving a deposit can prove she had intent to live here? do i have any rights or do i have no choice but to cover her rent?
