rotator surgery

I had rotator cuff surgery 2 months ago. I seem to be recovering well with the range of motion in my shoulder but have a issue with my wrist and elbow. I am wondering if this has anything to do with the surgery. I have what seems to be the milan?? tendon in the palm of my hand that is stretched and actually prutruding out of my palm. I cant bend my wrist and my elbow seems to be stuck. I have no nubness but do have pain and aching from my elbow to my hand? Any ideas??
