demonstarte how its made, and say how its made, the sugar spins really fast faster than you can do it, somehow the sugar goes really soft and creats cotton candy

It doesn't just magically go soft, ha, the spinning is so that as the heat source... usually electrical, heats the sugar and flavoring mixture up it "throws" it into thin strands that cool off and form what looks like hair. A stick of some kind, like the cardboard ones used most of the time, is inserted to catch these flavored sugar hairs and as they build up you get your cotton candy.
