35y/o male,stared to have a problem when having sex.when i ejaculate my sperm i get a terrible headache(at the same time).the first time i thought my head was going to expoloed,keeps happening.whats causing this?

You are not the only one with this problem; however the reason will differ for different people. Headache can be a result of a high blood pressure in the brain. A doctor (neurologist) will need to check if there is a concern with blood vessels or aneurysm in the brain. The headache description and the duration of it can also be helpful for diagnostic . It is important to get checked (MRI ) mainly to eliminate the possibility of any serious problem. In any case, alcohol may be affecting it and it is safer to avoid it.
