have 1995 mitsubishi mirage no start but will crank has feul pressure no spark ohm igtiojn coil with in spec check cam &crank signal wire from sensor to ecu both ok have 12v at coil did notice 5v refrence wire form ecu 5v unpluggedand .14v plugged in
