my son and family just returned from puerta vallerta, he has had diareha and has been throwing up for 11 hours

dont worry, its probs just a bug that he has picked up.
i know when i went to america, i was drinkin coke and the ice that was in it made me feel sick and i had bad stomach aches for days so did my brothers, it could be the food or anything, your child will be use to what he eats and drinks at home not in a different country.
if you become any more worryed please go see a doctor.

He could of gotten a virus since he just moved from a diffrent county. It would be better to take hime to see the doctor before he gets any worser. I hope he gets better.
