im sick to my stomach but havent thrown up, if i throw up with it make me feel better?

you prob eat something that didnt settle right with your stomach just put urself on a light diet like soup and crackers and try to get much rest as possible throwing up yes might help but never fun drink some 7-up or sprit and just see if that helps GOOD LUCK HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON
