Some women react more strongly to the hormones fluctuation during the menstrual cycle and besides rest and the use of some pain relievers or perhaps avoiding some foods ( such as coffee, salt etc..), there is not too much that can be done. If the pain and side effects get really too damaging to your life, there is an option to take hormones pills similar to birth control pills and the induced periods may be much easier. Sometimes taking those just for 3-4 months may correct the problem after the pills are discontinued. You have my sympathy.

menustrual blood is nothing but bed of the baby. If baby not formed, all the cells in that uterus bed comes out along with some amount of blood. So menustrual blood is nothing but destroyed ovum which is released everymonth in women and it is effected by some sexual hormones. Release of amount of hormones influence the health of women on these days. If you are healthy (not using any medication) everything will be normal.
