Methanphethamines may be harmful to an unborn baby. It could also cause premature birth, low birth weight, or withdrawal symptoms in a newborn if the mother takes methamphetamine during pregnancy. Tell your doctor that you are pregnant , and discuss the problem with him. Methamphetamines can pass into breast milk and may harm a nursing baby.

Not only will the baby suffer withdrawl symptoms and possible defects and low birth weight, every pregnant mother, whether she knows it or not is tested for misc. drugs before and at the time of her delivery. The baby when born will also be tested and they WILL place the baby in foster care immedietly. You won't know it until CPS comes in to the hospital room and informs you that you will not be seeing yor baby again until the courts are satisfied with the recovery of the mother.

They do automatic drug testing at every hospital. The baby will be taken immediately.
