simple treatment for ball palsey

My wife had baby couple days ago. Since then she has noticed partial
parilysis of the face. The doctors call it Ball Palsey. I wonder if
there is some simple treatment or home remedys for it.

my mother to had bells palsy and it never got better but never any worse eather.

Ive got a case wonder if and how long till next it happens again is this gonna be like rest of my life will i live a normal life dont wanna go thru this over and over just need to know what to expect or expected as time passes really like to know some thang
