speedometer quits when driving < tan 60km/hr then transmission drops down to 1st

GMC 2000 4*4 when I drive about 35km. My ABS light goes on then if I slow down less than 60km/hr my emergency lights also goes on and my transmission drops to 1st gear 'even if you are on you're D indicator' the only way I manage to drive my GMC, I have to drive it manuel such as 1 then 2 then once I reach atleast 3000 rpm of then my speedometer starts to work above 60km/hr then I shift to Drive or overdrive. Within all the time don't forget my RPM works at all time. I've check all my wire's and it's ok. If it was my speedometer relay, witch I don't know were it's located, if that's the issue? Can you help me with this problem....Im generaly good with my own mecanic.......
