spyware on the computer

i have a warning on the screen telling me that i have spyware detected and i need to install anti virus or antispyware to deal with the problem , i have both [avg] and it still persists in telling me its there i cant seem to get rid of it

defragment hard drive and reinstall antivirus disk

go to download.com and download.com and download spiboy and adwear it should take care of it.
