steering wheel wont unlock

i have a 2002 buick rendezvous wont let key turn how do u unlock steering wheel?

Continue turning the steering wheel in the direction that it has been locked. (This may require a little force). Then it should let you turn the key while the steering wheel is held in that position.

If the above doesn't solve the problem, you could try and spray some lubericant into the ignition lock. Had a similar problem with a 1995 Chevrolete a few years back. Electrician said it was just wear an tear with the moveing parts inside the lock itself and the ignition key. Hope tis works for you.

I have a Mercedes C series 200 sedan, the car wont start, has power to lights but as soon as the key is in the ignition the car wont start, just happened today. The steering column is locked. The batteries in the keyless entry are new, have any ideas what the problem might be?
