how do i disconnect the linksge from the throttle body on a 1998 chevy tahoe?

on a vehicle that new you should not have any linkage. your throttle is contolled with a throttle postition sensor. your best bet would be to buy a hanes manual and it will tell you how to remove the throttle body.
