my terapin lived in the pond in the bk garden and it was cold water but now its gettin really cold out side ive brot him inside can i change the water from cold to warm with ut him avin a shock.

You should try to avoid drastic temperature changes. Try to keep the temperature changes to less than 3 degrees difference every 24 hours. Also, check out this guide:
