torque converter clutch solenoid

I have a 1998 Ford Windstar. I have replaced the transmission with a rebuilt one.Now I am getting the following code: torque converter clutch soleniod.
My mechanic has replaced the transmission with another rebuilt one but I am still getting the same code. Can you help?
