transfer probation

I am on probation in Pearl River County, Ms but I live in hancock County. I was wondering if there is any way possible i could get my probation moved to hancock county. I only live about 12 miles north of bay st. louis, ms and it is much closer for me to go there. I have asked my p.o. repeatedly to transfer me and he hasn't. Is there any law that says he has to?

If you're a minor school authorities can talk on your behalf if you're having a hardship.
