in the U.S.A, 99% of new homes come with all appliances, but if your buying a home that someone else has lived in and are selling, i agree you have to work this into the sale of home,

I agree with tood. Most homes, the aapliances in the home go with the home. New homes, or newly built homes, some have them, some don't. Depends on the contracts.
