trying to identify a spider

I just moved into a trailer that has been empty for awhile and I'm starting to see spiders that are a light green color with a tan butt. Its about the size of a nickel with legs. What kind of spider is this and should I be worried with small children?

After a little closer inspection. I think it might be a cream house spider but still not sure if they pose a threat to my kids

Well , to be honest . I have no idea what spider it is but all i can tell most of the venemous r in da jungle not in a trailer .
