unemployment overpayment problem

If I received and overpayment of unemployment benefits and dont have the money to pay it back what can I do?

they will take the money out of your taxes if you file for taxes come 2012.. if you dont file for taxes then when you recieve a job they will duct it out your paychecks.nothing to worry about u wont go to jail ornothing serious
