like any head or pan, they always start from the center, start on one in center on one side then one on opposite side to the left or right of the one you just did, then back to begining side and work your way around from the first bolt you torqued in a spreading out pattern from one side to other left to right, if you understand what i mean, chances are if your this far to torque you do know what i mean, if you know the sequence to put an oil pan on? it is about the same, just pick a bolt in the cebter to start, and fan out from there, never tighten any bolts next to each other, always "fan" your way around, and make sure you go around same pattern twice to make sure they all torque the same
